1. The Caves, Jamaica
Nestled on a limestone cliff-side are The Caves, an intimate 12-cottage resort that invites guests to find their sense of adventure. Guest rooms come without TVs to encourage you to take advantage of unlimited drinks at the hidden rum bar, explore nearby reefs with complimentary snorkel gear and kayaks, and indulge in authentic Jamaican cuisine. 2. Jade Mountain, St. Lucia
Jade Mountain is an adults-only getaway that comes with 28 open-air suites that offer breathtaking views of the St. Lucia’s twin Pitons. This boutique resort is ideal for those who want a simple Caribbean getaway. 5. The Runaway, Jamaica
The Runaway holds the distinction of being a Black-owned, adults-only resort located on the secluded shores of Runaway Beach, Jamaica. Owned by New York couple Jeff Belizaire and Kalissa Marie, the community-oriented resort is the only bed and breakfast to be successfully funded on Kickstarter. The couple has since expanded into The Runaway Experience and hosts all-inclusive trips around the world, with their most recent excursion being to Morocco. 2019 trips are sold out, but you can join their mailing list to be notified of upcoming dates.
6. Likuliku Lagoon Resort, Fiji
Fiji’s natural beauty and stunning coral reefs are on full display at Likuliku Lagoon Resort, home to Fiji’s only over-water bungalows.
