Packing your heaviest items at the bottom of your suitcase will help with weight distribution. It will also prevent your suitcase from falling over. Items like shoes and heavy coats are ideal for the bottom.

Nothing saves you room more than wearing your bulkiest items on clothes when boarding your flight. If you’re planning on packing jackets and outerwear, your best bet is to just layer it on while en route to your destination. 

Make the most of your space by fitting small items such as toiletries, medicine, nail polish, etc. in larger items such as the inside of your shoes or the inside of your pockets.
