Besides not being your traditional winery and the only hip hop themed winery in the Northwest, Abbey Creek plants, crushes, and ferments their own grapes, as well as bottles and sells their own wine.
Heritage Link Brands
Husband and wife team, Khary and Selena Cuffe, own Heritage Link Brands. The company is known for importing and producing a series of wines from African winemakers and people of African descent. Their wines are available in over 40 states across 4,000 retailers and restaurants, online, and served worldwide onboard airlines.

MYX Fusions
Nicki Minaj and Mona Scott-Young serve as co-owners of MYX Fusions, a brand that offers a full line of Moscatos and Sangrias available across the country in an assortment of flavors and sizes. “I didn’t want to create just another ordinary wine,” says Minaj on her website. “I wanted to make something special, something unique, something that I would love to drink.”
McBride Sisters Wine Collection
Founders and sisters Robin and Andréa were raised separately in the wine regions of Monterey, California and Marlborough, New Zealand. In 2017, Robin and Andréa released the McBride Sisters Wine Collection that includes a variety of wines including Black Girl Magic California Riesling and Black Girl Magic California Rosé.

Maison Noir
Founded by sommelier André Hueston Mack in 2007, Maison Noir incorporates a trademark attitude and personal perspective on wine subculture. According to the website, the wines are unique and distinctive garage wines, initially created for some of New York’s best restaurants for whom Mack was a sommelier. His wines are not available nationwide.
Vision Cellars
Vision Cellars, founded in 1995, is a passionate boutique award-winning winery specializing in Pinot Noir without compromise. You can find their wines in select restaurants and online. Owner and winemaker Edward Lee McDonald specializes in a variety of Pinot Noirs that he believes should be accessible to everyone. “I have this theory that if you want a 17-point-eight zinfandel with your fried catfish, that’s what you should have,” he says on his website.

Davidson Wine Co. is North Carolina’s newest urban winery and it’s Black woman-owned. Davidson Wine sources the finest grapes from vineyards around the world to provide an international flavor that is locally crafted. You can even come in and create your own custom wine.
