With the holidays mere months away, Delta is upgrading its Premium Select cabin “on hundreds of flights.”

Mauricio Paris, Vice President of Brand Experience, issued the following statement to Travel + Leisure:

“Delta Premium Select sits at the intersection of luxury and practicality — giving customers the opportunity to treat themselves to a more spacious seat and premium experience at a lower price point compared to our Delta One cabin.”

Delta debuted the Premium Select cabin in 2017, and “it is available on all trans-Pacific, most trans-Atlantic, and long-haul South American flights.”

In addition to seats wider than those in other sections of the plane, passengers will have access to a new and improved menu. It includes honey harissa chicken, braised short rub, and impossible meatballs. Travel + Leisure reports “there’s mango mousse with mango passion fruit compote for dessert.”

Premium Select guests can enjoy a Hallmark holiday movie and sparkling wine.

The carrier plans to debut special kits for Delta Premium Select and Delta One passengers.

As explained by Travel + Leisure “Delta will be featuring new pink kits as part of the airline’s support of breast cancer awareness, education, and research.” Expect to see those roll out in October.
