Delta is recruiting active U.S. military pilots for flight deck positions two years before they retire from the military. The same offer is extended to Active Guard Reserve pilots who are six months away from retirement.
Delta Wants To Start The Hiring Process Now
All other military pilots can begin the interview process provided that candidates will be available within one year of the availability date.
At the top of November Forbes named Delta one of America’s Best Employers for Veterans. The survey was based on data collected from 7000 veterans across all industries. Almost 11% of Delta’s 80,000 employees are former service members.
