Those who are looking to change their address and want to enjoy the Caribbean sun may have found their dream job proposal. Club Med, the all-inclusive major resort company, is looking for an employer to have a dream job in Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic. For a full year, they’ll be surrounded by lush tropical gardens, living in an all-inclusive resort, free from the expenses of everyday life.

Called the “Ultimate Green Job”, this will be Club Med’s first-ever sustainability coordinator job for North America and the Caribbean. According to the hotel brand, the coordinator will travel to eight Club Med Resorts in Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean to support Club Med’s ongoing social responsibility efforts and make a positive impact on local communities.

Club Med sustainability coordinator tasks will be accomplished through specific activities including the implementation of food waste management systems, overseeing environmental partnerships to protect native fauna and flora, and developing guest activities like beach cleanups and turtle releases, Club Med said in a press release.

As for the benefits and advantages of being Club Med’s sustainability coordinator, the hotel brand says that this dream job in Punta Cana will include a tropical office in Club Med Punta Cana with unlimited opportunities for travel and adventure. The employee will also have access to more than 25 land and water activities like flying trapeze, sailing, and kayaking, daily gourmet cuisine and entertainment, and “establishing transformative friendships, cherished memories, and a positive long-lasting impact on the environment.”

Also, the hotel brand added that the sustainability coordinator will:

. Conduct the “Green Globe certification process in the resorts based on the yearly audit schedule

. Establish a diagnosis of the resort based on Green Globe audit criteria

. Support the resort teams with an action plan in preparation for the yearly audit

The coordinator will also “launch training for resort staff and ensure that standards are in place with internal audits,” and “be the village correspondent during the implementation phase of the action plan.”
