In under two hours, you can travel from the bustling midtown Manhattan scene to a Japanese-inspired wellness retreat in Southhampton.

Shou Sugi Ban House is located in Watermill, Southhampton and has yoga, wellness foods and access to daily walks on the beach.

This large, gated compound was once a sculpture park but is now filled with beautiful fountains, reflective pools, and Japanese gardens to induce complete serenity.
