Have you been dreaming of living in the Italian countryside? That dream could become a reality for only $29 when you enter the Win Houses raffle. Win Houses is a program that raises funds to support Children’s Charities. Participants’ raffle tickets will go towards helping these efforts.

Win Houses in Italy has raised over $200,000 for the Children’s Society. “Young People are losing hope for the future. That’s why Win House Italy is proud to #JoinTheFightback for hope and support The Children’s Society through the competition. Enter today and join the fight back and help young people rediscover hope as we emerge from this pandemic,” Chloe Hilton from The Children’s Society said in a statement.

Where is the house located?

The apartment is located in Borgo, which is the essence of Tuscany. It’s located in the rolling Tuscan hills amongst 28 hectares of woodland. Borgo Colleoli Resort is an exclusive historic group of buildings from the 15th century, restored to create a community for Tuscan homeowners. Its extensive grounds include two swimming pools, a summer restaurant, and a wine bar in the central courtyard.

What amenities come with it?

The charming apartment is fully furnished and has a spacious open plan living/dining room with an ancient ston, fireplace, with direct access to a large private balcony that overlooks the gardens. A separate hallway leads to the bathroom and a beautiful master bedroom. The finishes are traditional Tuscan style: terracotta tiles, floorings and ceilings with exposed beams. The apartment comes fully furnished & sleeps up to 4 people. Set on the first & top floor. Central heating and air conditioning.

Tickets have just gone on sale at www.winhousesinitaly.com for $29 each, and a computer generated winner will be chosen on 27th January 2023 in the presence of a competition and gaming lawyer.
