Passenger Satisfaction Soars

In the same ASQ survey, over 4,200 passengers who traveled through LaGuardia in 2023 gave the airport an overall satisfaction score of 4.24 out of 5, marking a 20% increase over the last five years. This is a remarkable achievement, considering that overall satisfaction at all North American airports only increased by 1% during the same period.
