In what is possibly the first of its kind, the Lime Inn has taken ocean-front dining to the next level by developing a floating taco bar 200 feet off of Hansen Bay Beach in St. John called Lime Out. The restaurant is only accessible by water. In a bold move, the owners have set up one side of the bar as a “drive-thru” for boats and a sit-down water bar on the other side for those who want to bob above the Caribbean while they feast.

With an impressive selection of cocktails including a grapefruit margarita and a Coco Colada with pineapple rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut, this may be the best floating party in the Caribbean.
