Victoria Falls is the largest singular waterfall in the world and is considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world as well as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Kaieteur Falls is one of the tallest single-drop waterfalls in the world. Located on the Potaro River in the Kaieteur National Park, it sits in a section of the Amazon rainforest included in the Potaro-Siparuni region of Guyana, and amidst some of the most pristine rainforest left on earth.

Yosemite Falls, Yosemite National Park, CA, U.S.

Be sure to check the calendar before visiting, because this waterfall doesn’t flow year-round, however with an impressive 2,425ft drop, it makes this one of the tallest waterfalls in the world. The falls can be accessed via a relatively easy hike through the national park, allowing you to see this waterfall from a multitude of viewpoints and trails.
