Earlier this week, Black America faced yet another senseless tragedy at the hands of a police officer. Houston native George Floyd was senselessly killed in the streets of Minneapolis, Minnesota for allegedly trying to pass off a fake $20 bill.

Floyd’s death sparked a worldwide outcry and people all over the globe are standing together in solidarity to protest the years of pain that have been inflicted on Black and brown people. While the majority of the protests are currently happening on the ground in Minneapolis, there are dozens of other communities also speaking out for what’s right.

Here are a few of the communities we’ve come across standing in solidarity. It really is a beautiful sight.
